UK Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 business days. Our default courier is Royal Mail. After your order has been dispatched, you will recieve a confirmation email.

‘Standard delivery’

  • Second Class delivery (3-6 business days after dispatch)
  • £2
'Signed for delivery (tracked)'
  • First Class delivery (2-4 business days after dispatch)
  • £3
  • Tracked/signed for

‘Next day delivery after dispatch’

  • Tracked delivery (1-2 business days after dispatch)
  • £4
  • Order processed and dispatched within two business days

Notice 

Please note that Shellies is not liable for any lost or stolen packages or for any delays after order is processed and has been dispatched.

It is the customers responsibility to enter in the delivery address accurately when completing an order to avoid any complications.

If your order has not been delivered after a week of purchase, we will try our best to track your parcel and if needed arrange a new delivery for your missing order. You will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to ensure the parcel is re-delivered to the correct address. Please email [email protected] in this case.

Cancelling or changing an order

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please email [email protected] within 12 hours or your order being placed and we will try our best to accomodate those changes for you. After your order has been processed with the courier, changes to your order cannot be made.

International Shipping Policy

  • Each country has their respective rate, as seen at the checkout

Please note that international orders may
be subject to customs clearing/duties, local taxation and additional processing charges which vary from country to country. Therefore, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order with us. Shellies are not responsible for these fees, these are the responsibilities of the customer. Any parcels returned to Shellies from customs clearing due to the customer not paying their fees will not be refunded.
