Returns policy

All purchases are final and we will not accept any returns or refunds.

Exchange

If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of your package to [email protected] within 1 to 2 days of recieving the order to initiate the exchange. We will offer you an exchange for the same product. In case the product is out of stock or unavailable, we will provide a full refund for the damaged item.

For us to process the exchange or refund, we require the damaged product to be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent any further damage during return shipping and it is shipped within 14 days of the date of approved exhchange.

We suggest opting for a shipping service with tracking and buying shipping insurance for your return. Please note that Shellies is not liable for any lost packages.

If you are exchanging an item form outside of the United Kingdom, please note Shellies is not liable for any taxes or fees for your return.
